EligibilityGraduating high school seniors whose parent or legal guardian is a Wright-Hennepin Electric member. At-Large award for students attending online, private, or adjacent schools; a separate $1,500 local-schools award is offered at 19 area high schools (Buffalo, Delano, Monticello, Annandale, St. Michael-Albertville and more). Co-op serves Wright and adjacent Hennepin County; placed canonically at Wright County (HQ in Rockford).
