EligibilityMust be a child residing in Newport Beach, CA, or the child of a regular full-time City of Newport Beach employee; graduate from high school in 2026 and be accepted to an accredited two-year community college or four-year college/university (or be transferring from a community college to a four-year school in Fall 2026). Requires an application with three essay questions, two reference letters (one teacher, one coach or mentor), sealed official transcripts, and SAT and/or ACT results. Funds may be used for tuition, books, laboratory and academic fees.
