EligibilityAlbion / Edwards County, IL area students with a 3.0+ GPA and a history of volunteerism, pursuing a career that could be located in Edwards County or Southeastern Illinois. Parent/guardian must be a Chamber member or work for one (or the student works for a member). Graduating high school seniors bound for college/trade school are eligible. Two 250–2,500-word essays required.
