EligibilityGraduating high school seniors from Dallam County (including Dalhart High School) and 25 other Texas Panhandle counties. ONE online application at aaf.spectrumportal.net matches a student to every fund they qualify for. Dallam County funds include: Dallam County 4-H Scholarship (4 years in 4-H, 50%+ meeting attendance senior year, must complete 24 credit hours at 2.5 GPA before payout), Edith Lois Wilson 4-H Scholarship (3.0+ GPA, top 25% of class, ACT/SAT required, preference for Human Science / Family and Consumer Science majors), Moore County Gin Doug Nix Memorial Scholarship (Channing, Dalhart, Dumas, Stratford, Sunray HS graduates, 3.0 GPA, agriculture focus), Senator Teel Bivins Scholarship (education / teacher certification majors, 85+ GPA on a 3.4 scale, honors/AP or dual credit required), and two XIT A and M Club Scholarships (Texas A and M bound, 2.5+ or 2.0+ GPA).
