EligibilitySenior high school students attending high school in Jackson County, Alabama or Scottsboro City Schools who are descendants (child, grandchild or ward) of a military veteran. Usable for a four-year, two-year or 18-24 month technical certification program. Requires two letters of recommendation - one from a teacher and one from a member of the community.
