EligibilityStudents who live in one of the 64 Connecticut towns the Foundation serves, which includes Waterbury (plus Middlebury, Naugatuck, Prospect, Thomaston, Watertown, Wolcott, Oxford, Southbury and Woodbury). Open to graduating high school seniors as new applicants as well as returning scholars.
