EligibilityJoe Barnhart Scholarship Program participants in good standing who have been admitted to an accredited institution. Requires a completed FAFSA, proof of having applied to 16 or more other scholarships, and a 3.0 or higher GPA is recommended. Download the application from the JBSP site. Five follow-on JBF Scholarships in Honor of $2,500 each (Paula Duffy, Walter Baker, Bob McNair, Jack Bace, Margaret Moser) are then awarded automatically, with no application, to the previous Gap recipients holding the highest GPAs while enrolled in 12 semester hours.
