EligibilityTwo $500 scholarships are awarded annually: one to a child or legal dependent of an active BASE member, and one to a graduating senior from Bastrop High School or Cedar Creek High School (Bastrop ISD, Bastrop County, TX). The second award is open to any qualifying graduating senior at those two schools with no membership requirement, which makes it a genuinely low-competition local award.
