EligibilityMust be a Baxter County resident pursuing a college degree in any field of study — it is not limited to horticulture or agriculture majors. Graduating Mountain Home and Baxter County high school seniors are eligible. The college or university may be located outside Baxter County, but the recipient must enroll as a full-time student. Sponsored by the Baxter County Master Gardeners, a University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service volunteer program.
