EligibilityHigh school seniors who competed on at least one varsity interscholastic WIAA-sponsored athletic team at a Pierce County high school (or South Bend H.S.) during their high school career, are U.S. citizens, show attainment in academics, leadership, character, citizenship and motivation, and plan to attend a not-for-profit vocational/technical school or a 2- or 4-year U.S. college
