EligibilityGraduating high school seniors (or enrolled college students) who reside in Frontier, Furnas, Red Willow, Hayes, or Hitchcock County, Nebraska and are entering/attending an accredited college. Selection weighs leadership, extracurricular involvement, dedication to agriculture/rural living, a desire to return to Southwest Nebraska, the personal essay, and financial need. Multi-county award placed canonically under Frontier County; Furnas/Red Willow/Hayes/Hitchcock seniors are also eligible.
