$1,000 (up to three awarded each year, one-time and non-renewable)

EligibilityGraduating high school seniors who are full-time residents of Bethel, CT and U.S. citizens, enrolling full time at an accredited four-year college or university, who demonstrate financial need, a record of solid academic achievement in a college-preparatory curriculum and high personal character with community service involvement. Students who have received a full scholarship elsewhere, and family members of current BEF directors, are not eligible. Open to Bethel residents who attend schools other than Bethel High School.
