EligibilityGraduating seniors from any Birdville ISD high school (BISD serves Haltom City, North Richland Hills, Richland Hills and Watauga). The Foundation, a 501(c)(3) established in 1996, awards scholarships based on the criteria set by each donor scholarship program, including the Henry Schraub Scholarship. Separately, BISD partners with the Tarrant County College Foundation on an endowment that covers up to 15 semester hours of in-district TCC tuition for two consecutive semesters.
