EligibilityGraduating high school seniors from anywhere in the Morongo Basin — including Twentynine Palms High School and Black Rock High School — attending public, private or homeschool programs, with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Application requires three 300-word essays on what makes America unique, the Bill of Rights and a current news topic, plus GPA proof, a photo and an optional resume.
