EligibilityHigh school juniors whose family holds a membership with Broad River Electric Cooperative (serving Spartanburg, Cherokee, Union and Newberry counties) and who are selected for the Washington Youth Tour. Awarded to the one participant who best exemplifies the cooperative principle of concern for the community.
