EligibilityGraduating seniors from Brookings High School, Elkton, Sioux Valley or Deubrook who will attend South Dakota State University. Recipients are chosen by a selection committee at each participating high school. Funded by 'Scholar Dollars' collected at weekly Rotary meetings.
