EligibilityGraduating high school seniors who live in Calhoun, DeKalb, Etowah, Jackson or Marshall County, Alabama (the fund also serves several northwest Georgia counties). Selection weighs extracurricular activities, community involvement and academic record. Endowed by Family Savings Credit Union in memory of its former board chairman C.V.
