EligibilityResident of Charleston County. Must graduate from a public or state-authorized charter high school. Must qualify for LIFE or Palmetto Fellows (2 of 3: 3.0+ GPA, top 30% class rank, or 1100+ SAT/22+ ACT). Must complete FAFSA and receive Pell Grant. Must attend one of 17 eligible colleges full-time.
