EligibilityGraduating high school seniors who attend an accredited PUBLIC high school in Caldwell County, or a private school or homeschool located within Caldwell County. Awards are made for BOTH college and trade/vocational school. Caldwell County Go Texan is a Luling-based 501(c)(3) whose motto is benefiting youth through education; it funds the awards through its Boots and Hearts Ball and provides scholarships to all high schools in the county.
