EligibilityCarbon County students, with each award carrying its own rules. The Sundin Scholarship is restricted to Rawlins High School graduates and may be used only at the University of Wyoming (apply through the RHS counselor, 307-328-9280). The CCHEC Foundation HiSET/GED scholarship supports students earning a high school equivalency. Other listed awards come from PEO Chapters A and AF, the Wyoming Stock Growers Association (Box 816, Rawlins, WY 82301), the Carbon County Commissioners and Rawlins 3 Shot (contact Chris Iacovetto, 307-324-1170). CCHEC is at 1650 Harshman Street, Rawlins, WY 82301 and keeps paper applications on hand for most of these.
