By accessing or using College Arena, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
College Arena is intended for students aged 13 or older, plus their parents/guardians and counselors. It is not for children under 13. If you are a minor (under 18), you may use College Arena only with the involvement and consent of a parent/guardian or your school/counselor, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Student accounts are typically provisioned by a counselor (counselor-led onboarding). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and for notifying us of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information.
Use College Arena only for lawful, intended educational purposes. Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other users’ data, upload harmful content, or interfere with its operation.
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference. We do not sell personal data or serve targeted advertising to students. For school-provisioned use, we act as a FERPA “school official” under the school’s direction; schools may enter a separate data-processing agreement.
All platform content — text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software — is the property of College Planning Center and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission. Content you create remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and display it to provide the service.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. College Arena is an educational planning tool and does not guarantee any particular admissions, scholarship, or financial outcome. We do not guarantee the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, College Planning Center is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
You may stop using College Arena and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the platform or its users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, which we will post here with a new date.
