Is there a free trial?
Better — College Arena is currently free during open beta. When we move out of beta, the public price is $20/month. Beta users get advance notice and a grace window before billing begins.
Can a school district pay for students directly?
Yes. If your school or district partners with College Planning Centers, students and families get full access included. Contact the team at College Planning Centers to set that up.
What about counselors and parents?
Parents linked to a student account get parent-side access at no extra cost. Counselor accounts come with school-district partnerships or stand-alone licensing — reach out for details.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep every export you've generated. Your account stays read-only for 30 days, then we delete it on request — or you can keep it dormant.
